Delivery information

At DraperWear we strive to offer fast, safe and reliable deliveries to all our customers in Sweden, Europe and the rest of the world.

Processing time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days, Monday through Friday. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Estimated delivery time

Sweden: 5–10 business days
Europe: 5–12 business days
International: 7–14 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, customs clearance or carrier delays during periods of high demand.

Shipping costs

We offer free shipping on all orders.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package.

Delayed or lost packages

If your package is delayed, lost, or shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team and we will assist you in the best way possible.

Incorrect address

Please check that your shipping address is correct before completing your order. DraperWear is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
